Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full return.

To be eligible for a return, you must have received the incorrect product purchased. Once you receive your product and you confirm it is the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will send out the correct product . 

The item sent to you, in error, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as the Order ID.



We only replace items IF the packaging of the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. We take great pride in our quality checks before a product leaves our facility. If you feel that the packaging is defective, please ensure you take a picture as soon as you receive it . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. You will receive an email letting you know how to get the product returned to us.

Unfortunately we sell food and other than the reason of wrong product being sent to you or proven defective packaging , we cannot offer any returns or exchange.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
