How long will it take from when I place my order to when it ships.

All orders are shipped within 2 days.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are delivered within one day after it ships, anywhere in Lagos. We only ship withing Lagos for now. We hope to open up delivery to outside of Lagos soon.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Unfortunately we do not. We pride ourselves on providing consistently high quality processed dried sea foods .

Can I change an order I just placed?

Please call us within an hour of placing the order. We are not able to change an order once it has shipped.

Do you ship all over Nigeria?

At this time, we only ship within Lagos. We could ship outside of Lagos if you are looking to buy bulk quantities. Please shoot us an email or call us if you are interested in buying bulk quantities outside of Lagos and we can put together a quote for delivery

I received a suspicious DM asking for personal information

@colourflavourng is our only page on Instagram. If any other page other than @colourflavourng is tagging you, saying  you have won a giveaway, it is a scam. We do not do Cash giveaways! Any page posing as Colour Flavour for any personal information through DM is a scam. Please do NOT respond

Could Colour Flavour be oversold on some items?

It is uncommon but under the unfortunate circumstance that a food product has been oversold and we are not able to ship the product, you will be refunded.

We will make every efforts to reach you to set up a new delivery date before the order is cancelled.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We apologize for the mix up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible. Feel free to use the contact page or shoot us an email on [email protected]. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. also please specify the reason for the email. also include picture of the defect, if that is the reason for the return.

Can I return or exchange my items?

All items purchased are FINAL sale, thus we cannot offer returns,exchanges or refunds. These are food items and cannot be passed from one home to another. If you buy it, please keep it. If you do not want it, please donate it.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price your order was purchased and confirmed for, is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted.
